Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Membership Management, Community Management, or Event Management.
  • Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience planning and executing professional events from concept through completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
  • Experience in vendor, sponsor, and contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Develop, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM data, automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Oversee the rolling 12-month event calendar including webinars, networking events, and conferences.
  • Execute end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, speaker coordination, and on-site delivery.
  • Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and system provisioning.
  • Monitor organizational KPIs and provide reporting to leadership to support decision-making.
