Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Membership Management, Community Management, or Event Management.
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience planning and executing professional events from concept through completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Strong ability to create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
- Experience in vendor, sponsor, and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Develop, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM data, automations, and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee the rolling 12-month event calendar including webinars, networking events, and conferences.
- Execute end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, speaker coordination, and on-site delivery.
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and system provisioning.
- Monitor organizational KPIs and provide reporting to leadership to support decision-making.
