Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or Automation Engineering.
- End-to-end ownership experience of CRM and workflow systems.
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration, including pipeline build-out and workflow configuration.
- Experience building automations using tools such as Zapier or Make.
- Working knowledge of SQL and dashboard/BI tools.
- Experience integrating tools across a GTM tech stack.
- Applied experience with AI tools and prompt-based workflows.
- C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot CRM structure, data hygiene, and system governance.
- Design and implement AI-driven automations across GTM and customer success workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines across CRM, product, and marketing systems.
- Develop dashboards to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to ensure system efficiency.
