Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, systems administration, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform like Salesforce CPQ or Conga.
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems ecosystems and integration between CRM, prospecting, MAP, and CPQ tools.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and GTM tool contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Active use of AI tools and interest in building AI-powered workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with strong async communication practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design and administration of the GTM systems stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, DealHub, Default, Everstage, Planhat, and Seismic.
  • Define and evolve the GTM systems roadmap to align with company priorities and revenue goals.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including object schemas, field naming conventions, and data hygiene policies.
  • Lead system integrations to ensure reliable data flows across the stack with Salesforce as the system of record.
  • Administer and evolve DealHub CPQ, including pricing rules, discount logic, and approval workflows.
  • Build and expand AI workflow infrastructure using tools like Claude with Model Context Protocol.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing for GTM technology tools.
  • Lead change management efforts and provide system training for employees.
