Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology
- Hands-on experience with ERP multi-subsidiary configuration, scripting, automation, saved searches, and custom records
- Experience administering a cloud FP&A planning platform
- Demonstrated ability to design financial data structures and master data management
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and middleware tooling
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis
- Strong working knowledge of financial close, revenue recognition, and multi-entity consolidations
- Track record of effective partnering with Accounting, FP&A, and Data Engineering teams
- Experience leading people and building financial systems infrastructure
- Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and work impact
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations for core financial systems such as ERP, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Financial Planning tools
- Define and govern the financial data architecture, including ownership over schemas, hierarchies, and master data
- Drive integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems like Salesforce, CPQ, Zip, Ramp, and Navan
- Administer and architect the FP&A planning platform, maintaining data model integrity and long-term roadmaps
- Design and maintain a finance data framework for consistent reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Partner with Data teams to ensure financial data source systems are well-governed and reliable
- Manage systems and automation for the monthly financial close cycle
- Serve as the Finance systems lead on cross-functional projects with GTM, Accounting, and EPD teams
- Operate as a player-coach by managing vendor relationships and developing a team of financial systems engineers
