Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, developer platforms, enterprise software, or APIs.
- Proven experience in a product leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of taking greenfield products to market.
- Expertise in conceptualizing and deploying production-grade AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows).
- Deep understanding of developer-focused infrastructure products.
- Experience in commercial validation and building business cases.
- Proficiency in product management fundamentals (backlog management, user stories, dependency mapping).
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with the learning / HR software industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage in direct market validation and customer discovery for AI initiatives.
- Act as the day-to-day Product Manager for flagship AI-focused product lines.
- Own the product roadmap, write requirements, and define technical specifications.
- Ensure AI product investments drive revenue growth and expand margins.
- Coordinate with core product managers to integrate new AI features with legacy infrastructure.
- Partner with C-suite leadership to define pricing and AI-forward growth narratives.
- Establish clear output-based metrics for product initiatives.
