Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 3 years owning the full marketing function at a company with a complex sales cycle.
- Deep background in product marketing: positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and pricing.
- Proven experience building or scaling revenue marketing functions, including marketing operations and attribution.
- Track record of using AI to redesign workflows and improve team productivity.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors.
- Experience in growth-stage, VC-backed environments.
- Strong preference for experience marketing to institutional or public-sector buyers.
- Familiarity with the Challenger sales framework.
Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B marketing function covering brand, demand generation, field/events marketing, RFPs, product marketing, and sales enablement.
- Build and execute a revenue marketing strategy aligned with pipeline, revenue, and retention outcomes.
- Lead product marketing as a core competency, including pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning within the Challenger methodology framework.
- Drive the RFP function strategically in partnership with the Sales team.
- Oversee the marketing tech stack, attribution, and data infrastructure to ensure measurable ROI.
- Lead the AI transformation of marketing team capabilities to scale impact efficiently.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define ICP, lead standards, and revenue goals.
