Requirements

  • Proven success closing multi-million-dollar enterprise technology deals, including experience managing opportunities valued at $5M+.
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within technology services, cloud solutions, consulting, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with experience building pipeline from the ground up and generating new customer opportunities.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft solutions and partner ecosystems.
  • Track record selling cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience selling into enterprise industries such as financial services, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Ability to communicate business value and strategic outcomes rather than focusing only on technical capabilities.
  • Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision cycles.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across enterprise accounts, including outbound prospecting, opportunity development, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive hunting and strategic account development.
  • Engage with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to identify challenges and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships within partner ecosystems to create new opportunities and accelerate sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams to design compelling proposals and lead complex sales pursuits.
  • Drive large-scale technology transformation opportunities involving cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
  • Navigate long and complex enterprise sales cycles while maintaining momentum and achieving revenue targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their priorities and delivering outcome-focused solutions.
