Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and objectively communicate field observations.
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in limited-process environments.
  • Hungry, aggressive, and motivated approach to sales.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on collective success.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies.
  • Experience with BANT or MEDDIC sales methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and participate actively in the community.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to communicate the Arize vision.
  • Run sophisticated prospecting strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and conduct deep research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and expand accounts.
  • Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to ensure project success.
  • Understand use cases, scope licensing requirements, and identify additional workloads.
