Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and objectively communicate field observations.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in limited-process environments.
- Hungry, aggressive, and motivated approach to sales.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collective success.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies.
- Experience with BANT or MEDDIC sales methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and participate actively in the community.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to communicate the Arize vision.
- Run sophisticated prospecting strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and conduct deep research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
- Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and expand accounts.
- Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to ensure project success.
- Understand use cases, scope licensing requirements, and identify additional workloads.
