Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of major account sales management or equivalent experience in retail buying/merchandising.
- Proven track record of Walmart account management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze large sets of data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Retail Link and Scintilla.
- Ability to travel up to 6 times per year to Headquarters and other events.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure retail environments.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience in durable good categories preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Best in Class account management to drive revenue and net margin growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and business goals.
- Act as the business owner for assigned categories, managing profitability and promotional spending.
- Own omni-channel responsibilities including in-store placement and online penetration targets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including sales planning, supply chain, and category analysis.
- Optimize the flow of goods through monthly forecast cycles and long-range planning.
- Report on POS data, trends, and business factors to internal and customer stakeholders.
