Requirements
- University degree.
- Prior experience in sales within the consumer products or consumer durables industry.
- 4+ years of account management experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large data sets.
- Proven track record of strategic vision and execution.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to schedules and meet key milestones.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue and profit for assigned retail partners in alignment with company strategy.
- Manage day-to-day account operations and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute promotional, marketing, and joint business plans.
- Pitch, secure, and launch new products.
- Negotiate program renewals and agreements.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, and sales reports using data analytics.
- Monitor stock levels and produce accurate forecasts.
