  • Proven track record of closing 6-figure deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience selling into Operations, HR, and Procurement teams.
  • Specific experience selling into franchisors or distributed workforce organizations.
  • Strong pipeline generation skills rooted in face-to-face prospecting and referrals.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level decision makers.
  • Proficiency in crafting ROI analyses, business cases, and tailored proposals.
  • Experience leading contract negotiations and navigating legal reviews.
  • Ability to prioritize deals by size, stage, and strategic value.
  • Comfort with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPICED.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust pipeline of new business and existing account expansion opportunities.
  • Engage C-level decision makers through complex, long-term decision cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deal execution involving product, marketing, and legal teams.
  • Maintain account ownership post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Balance 20+ active customers and 15+ concurrent deal cycles.
  • Travel approximately 30% for prospect meetings and internal collaboration.
