Requirements
- Proven track record of closing 6-figure deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience selling into Operations, HR, and Procurement teams.
- Specific experience selling into franchisors or distributed workforce organizations.
- Strong pipeline generation skills rooted in face-to-face prospecting and referrals.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level decision makers.
- Proficiency in crafting ROI analyses, business cases, and tailored proposals.
- Experience leading contract negotiations and navigating legal reviews.
- Ability to prioritize deals by size, stage, and strategic value.
- Comfort with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPICED.
Responsibilities
- Manage a robust pipeline of new business and existing account expansion opportunities.
- Engage C-level decision makers through complex, long-term decision cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal execution involving product, marketing, and legal teams.
- Maintain account ownership post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Balance 20+ active customers and 15+ concurrent deal cycles.
- Travel approximately 30% for prospect meetings and internal collaboration.
