- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive nationwide growth and support corporate revenue objectives
- Represent Sage at major industry conferences and events to identify new business opportunities and deepen ecosystem relationships
- Help shape the structure of the sales organization at regional and functional levels as we expand
- Take ownership of regional KPIs, providing accurate forecasting and establishing high-performance sales expectations
- Drive investments in sales training, enablement tools, and sales operations
- Build and nurture professional networks to surface new partnerships and opportunities
- Manage sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and GTM initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure a tightly aligned commercial motion
