Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple complex projects.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify underlying client needs beyond surface-level requests.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams to achieve results without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of the NBA season rhythms.
  • Availability to work US Eastern Time hours.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Proficiency in using modern tools for documentation, usage analysis, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the account forward daily by proactively identifying and addressing needs before they become issues.
  • Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to fulfill commitments.
  • Ensure the quality and substance of all deliverables sent to the client.
  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact, including handling daily executive requests.
  • Translate client requirements into clear project priorities and actionable next steps.
  • Manage comprehensive account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and commercial expansion.
  • Own client reporting and deliver insights that drive action.
  • Resolve incidents and escalations by setting expectations and aligning internal teams.
