Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
  • Experience handling 60+ customer interactions per day for 6+ consecutive months
  • 2+ years of experience using Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM
  • Willingness to undergo a training assessment as part of the recruitment process
  • Professional home office setup
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound/outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat
  • Manage appointments end-to-end including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and reminders
  • Maintain CRM and help desk records, tags, and follow-up tasks
  • Handle routine franchise admin tasks to support location managers
  • Run escalations regarding billing, complaints, and issues per established SOPs
