Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
- Experience handling 60+ customer interactions per day for 6+ consecutive months
- 2+ years of experience using Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM
- Willingness to undergo a training assessment as part of the recruitment process
- Professional home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Own inbound/outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Manage appointments end-to-end including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and reminders
- Maintain CRM and help desk records, tags, and follow-up tasks
- Handle routine franchise admin tasks to support location managers
- Run escalations regarding billing, complaints, and issues per established SOPs
