Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B paid media, managing $5-10M+ annual budgets.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Deep expertise in paid social platforms: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, DSP, and DOOH.
- Experience managing agencies and contractors, including setting KPIs and writing briefs.
- Proven success in building structured experimentation programs.
- Demonstrated experience building paid media infrastructure, including attribution and tagging.
- Documented use of AI in paid media for bidding, performance analysis, or creative production.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, or longer sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and aligning cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the paid media team, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Plan, allocate, and manage a $5M+ annual budget across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Manage external agencies and contractors, briefing them and holding them accountable to KPIs.
- Develop and execute a structured experimentation program across creative, audiences, and channel mix.
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks, attribution models, tagging systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Integrate AI tools into workflows for bidding optimization, audience modeling, and creative iteration.
- Coordinate with demand gen, ABX, and RevOps to drive full-funnel programs from awareness to pipeline acceleration.
