Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics.
- Demonstrated impact on business outcomes and forecasting.
- Prior people management experience with a player–coach mindset.
- Expert in financial modeling.
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect analysis to broader strategic context.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Sigma or similar (preferred).
- Familiarity with lending / buy now pay later business models and metrics (nice to have).
- Experience with AI-driven tools like Cursor or Claude Code (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing teams.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Own and evolve merchant growth forecasting and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Lead top-line planning processes, including target setting, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
- Build and scale automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve cross-organizational decision-making.
- Identify key performance drivers and surface risks and opportunities to drive business goals.
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders and senior leadership.
