Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics).
- Prior people management experience with a player–coach mindset.
- Expert in financial modeling.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma or similar).
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect analysis to broader strategic context.
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with lending/buy now pay later business models and metrics is a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Own and evolve merchant growth forecasting and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead top-line planning processes including target setting and performance tracking.
- Build and scale automated dashboards, reporting, and analytical frameworks.
- Identify key drivers of performance and surface risks and opportunities.
- Synthesize complex analyses into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
