3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role.
Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, and handling real-world data.
Hands-on experience with dbt, including building models, testing, and documentation.
Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric).
Experience using Git/GitHub for version control in a professional workflow.
Experience as a developer with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
A demonstrated point of view on AI-assisted development for analytics work.
Proven history of building collaborative relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to present findings to leadership verbally, in writing, and visually.

Partner with stakeholders across Product Development, Marketing, DTC, B2B, Finance, Operations, and Inventory Planning to define and deliver data products.
Build and maintain dbt models, including writing documentation and tests for data trustworthiness.
Develop and maintain semantic context, dashboards, and reports for daily business operations.
Own metric definitions and drive alignment on business terminology across teams.
Review and harden AI-generated SQL, dbt models, and Python code to ensure semantic accuracy.
Investigate and resolve ambiguous data questions by working with source-system owners and improving business models.
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the data infrastructure (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Power BI, R, and Python).
