Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar complex data-driven environments (e.g., financial services, consulting, data science).
- Strong fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable analysis workflows or automations.
- Track record of quickly learning new, complex data methodologies.
- Strong analytical judgment to solve problems with incomplete or ambiguous information.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Active use of and excitement for using AI tools to drive workflow leverage.
- Self-starter attitude with a track record of taking ownership beyond immediate scope.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end with a focus on accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets to answer client questions about company performance and market trends.
- Tackle complex data problems using analytical judgment to refine methodologies and test new datasets.
- Use AI and automation tooling to increase speed, reduce manual work, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to align on best practices and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve products and processes to deliver greater client value.
