Assist in recurring month-end and year-end accounting close processes for various financial areas, including preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy.
Reconciling & processing all inventory invoices and wire payments.
Manage inventory reconciliations and inventory cost accounting by season.
Reconcile sales taxes owed on a monthly basis and support the preparation of sales tax filings.
Manage proper lease accounting under ASC 842 and prepare required monthly adjusting journal entries.
Track and reconcile the company’s fixed assets and manage the depreciation schedule.
Reconcile inventory units on hand on a monthly basis.
Support weekly and monthly debt compliance requirements.
Maintain compliance with the company’s business license registration & renewal requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits.
