Requirements
- 10+ years in product design and/or design technology with a focus on B2B2C SaaS products.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, interactive product experiences.
- Hands-on coding ability with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript using React or Angular.
- Experience with AI and agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, v0).
- Proven experience designing AI-powered or agentic user experiences.
- Expertise in designing developer and integration experiences (DX) for APIs, SDKs, and agent interfaces (REST/GraphQL).
- Deep command of visual fundamentals, UX, UI, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with design-system architecture and design tokens.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate technical trade-offs.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (HIPAA/PHI) preferred.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience design for the Agentic platform, including personas for patients, clients, administrators, operators, and developers.
- Partner with technology and product leaders to shape platform strategy and lead requirements development.
- Design operator and administrator experiences for platform configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop developer and integration experiences for APIs, SDKs, and agent interfaces.
- Establish and steward platform design principles and a shared design system with reusable components and tokens.
- Build high-fidelity, code-based prototypes and demos to validate product requirements and workflows.
- Define transparent, trustworthy AI and agent interaction patterns, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Provide product design support across existing product surfaces, prioritizing client and patient impact.
