Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, design systems, design technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working across both design and engineering functions.
- Experience building high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
- Experience developing reusable components, design systems, or internal tooling.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and prototyping technologies.
- Proficiency with modern software development workflows, including version control and collaborative engineering practices.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve productivity and technical workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Responsibilities
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that help teams explore product concepts, validate user experiences, and communicate design direction.
- Develop reusable components, technical tooling, and shared capabilities that improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Product Design.
- Partner closely with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design intent is translated into thoughtful, high-quality implementation.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices that improve design workflows and expand what's possible for the team.
- Champion technical excellence by documenting best practices, mentoring teammates, and driving adoption of new tools and workflows that elevate design quality and execution.
