Job Details

10+ years in product design and/or design technology.
Proven experience leading design for enterprise-level B2B2C SaaS products.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex interactive product experiences.
Hands-on ability to build interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Hands-on use of AI/agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
Experience designing AI-powered or agentic user experiences.
Experience designing developer and integration experiences for APIs, SDKs, and agent interfaces.
Deep expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and visual fundamentals.
Fluency in design-system architecture and design tokens.
Ability to influence technical direction across senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Must be able to spend the first week onsite in Tennessee (travel expenses paid).

Own the end-to-end experience design for the Agentic platform including personas and interaction patterns.
Partner with technology and product leaders to shape platform strategy and lead requirements development.
Design operator, administrator, developer, and integration experiences for APIs and SDKs.
Establish and steward design principles and a shared design system for use by the team and AI tooling.
Build high-fidelity, code-based prototypes and demos to turn workflows into testable experiences.
Define transparent and trustworthy AI agent behavior patterns, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
Provide design support for existing product surfaces and enhance demos for product discovery and sales.
