Senior Software Engineer - Rapid Development Team

Design and develop platform capabilities and code fixes that enable AI agents to investigate and respond to security alerts.
Evolve investigation logic and pipelines to handle new classes of security alerts while balancing accuracy, performance, and maintainability.
Analyze AI investigations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate investigation insights into product enhancements.
Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams on technical direction and feature prioritization.
Drive quality through automated testing, performance monitoring, and secure coding practices.
Write investigation flows, build integrations with security tools, and fix bugs.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address customer pain points and security-tooling limitations.
Participate periodically in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Engineering at Dropzone AI

You will build and evolve an infrastructure that powers a state-of-the-art AI platform using Generative AI and LLMs. Engineers at Dropzone AI solve complex challenges related to scaling autonomous systems and integrating with diverse security ecosystems. We emphasize Python for development, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code using Pulumi. You will contribute to enhancing production monitoring, observability, and overall system resilience.
