Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or client support.
- Proven experience working in high-volume customer support environments.
- Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in KPI-driven customer support environments preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered support tools or chatbots preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Manage 50–100 customer tickets daily using support platforms.
- Prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and SLAs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Update internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and response templates.
- Capture and share customer feedback and actionable insights with internal teams.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
