Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or client support.
  • Proven experience working in high-volume customer support environments.
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in KPI-driven customer support environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered support tools or chatbots preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Manage 50–100 customer tickets daily using support platforms.
  • Prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and SLAs.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Update internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and response templates.
  • Capture and share customer feedback and actionable insights with internal teams.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
