Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data validation
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleanup, reconciliation, or data quality activities
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, established processes, and business rules
- Experience working within an HRIS, payroll, or enterprise business system; Insperity experience is a plus
- Experience supporting data migration or enterprise system implementation projects is preferred
- Familiarity with CSV imports, data mapping, and data validation
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Extract employee and organizational data from the Insperity HR platform.
- Pull, analyze, and reconcile Excel reports from multiple data sources.
- Review historical employee data to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing information, and inaccuracies.
- Perform data cleanup activities following established business rules and project guidelines.
- Research, validate, organize, and maintain employee data.
- Prepare clean, accurate datasets for migration into a new HRIS platform.
- Create and maintain Excel files used for data transformation, validation, and import activities.
- Support data validation and quality assurance throughout the HRIS implementation.
- Document completed work and escalate discrepancies or data quality issues as needed.
- Collaborate with project team members while consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work.
