Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of system or data analysis experience.
- Competency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet (min 10Mbps down/5Mbps up) for remote work.
- General understanding of Agile Methodology.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation and enhancement projects.
- Lead requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, and data validation.
- Own client interactions and communication for assigned projects.
- Guide clients to optimal solutions and data architecture.
- Lead data COE process improvement projects.
- Train and mentor less experienced data analysts.
- Monitor project deliverables, tasks, and post-launch warranty activities.
