Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, BI, or product context.
- Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
- Familiarity with clickstream and behavioral event tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience building or contributing to dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Developing ability to conduct, interpret, and communicate diagnostic analysis.
- Exposure to A/B or A/A testing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality instincts.
- Ability to clearly communicate progress, blockers, and findings to stakeholders.
- Comfortable asking clarifying questions and partnering to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Own discrete, well-defined analytics projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track product and technology team objectives.
- Analyze clickstream and behavioral data to understand user journeys.
- Support feature measurement and A/B testing initiatives.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and onboarding.
