Requirements

  • Competency in implementing, optimizing, and managing workflows for customer experience journeys, list hygiene, and lead scoring.
  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency.
  • Understanding of the nuances of tailoring performance marketing to customer journeys or Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and devising strategies to drive innovation and optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing settings.
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives and customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned with core business KPIs and client needs.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing infrastructure, including emails, forms, landing pages, and reports.
  • Maintain data hygiene and manage integrations between marketing and sales platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports to capture key insights and define account success metrics.
  • Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on client goals.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty programs to drive ROI.
  • Mitigate risks associated with CRM changes and support account managers in meeting client expectations.
