Job Details

5+ years of experience in Growth Product roles for Gen Z social/community mobile apps.
Proven ownership of revenue and core product growth metrics like DAU, signups, and retention.
Experience shipping world-class products within a fast-growing startup environment.
Deep experience running high-velocity A/B testing and maintaining a structured experimentation backlog.
Expertise in creating localized, high-performing copy and messaging for social apps.
Strong experience partnering closely with Engineering teams to build and ship features.
Demonstrated ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to define roadmaps and review impact.
Experience working cross-functional with UA, Monetization, Design, and Data teams.
Proven track record building products with strong K-Factor and viral loops.
Detail-oriented style with a passion for creating highly-effective designs.
Passion for digging into complex problems and identifying root causes.

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for NGL to increase sharing, signups, and revenue.
Translate strategy into detailed, high-quality PRDs and ensure impact through rigorous execution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Monetization, and Data teams to own feature rollouts end-to-end.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to uncover actionable insights and drive product iteration.
Conduct user experience research in partnership with customer service and marketing teams.
Create and refine high-performing copy and messaging for social app features such as push notifications.
Manage and prioritize the product and design backlog against short- and long-term business goals.
