Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or administration.
  • Experience supporting remote teams or executives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities independently.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership with day-to-day operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage administrative, operational, and cross-functional coordination tasks.
  • Own projects from planning through completion.
  • Build spreadsheets, dashboards, and management reports to track KPIs.
  • Assist with content creation, social media drafting, and newsletter distribution using AI tools.
  • Coordinate vendor agreements, contracts, and billing reviews.
  • Support people operations including onboarding, record maintenance, and HR initiatives.
  • Organize travel, event logistics, and operational shipping needs.
  • Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational systems.
