Requirements

  • 1+ year of direct, hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (non-negotiable).
  • Near-native written English proficiency (9+/10 self-rating).
  • Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce product listings.
  • Prior background in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Basic proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for image work.
  • Ability to manage tasks from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Reliable daily time zone overlap with US Eastern time (minimum 3–4 hours).
  • Self-directed and proactive communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Amazon listing health, flag issues such as Buy Box loss or content violations, and support listing updates.
  • Manage customer support via email and Amazon messages with a 24-hour response target.
  • Maintain pricing consistency and accuracy across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and international marketplaces.
  • Update Shopify store product information, imagery, and promotions.
  • Execute basic image editing and design tasks using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Conduct supplier research on Alibaba and 1688 and build vendor comparison reports.
  • Compile weekly reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis for department heads.
