Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Basic experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable following established processes (SOPs).
- Resumes must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Support both operational and creative aspects of the digital marketing agency.
- Keep projects organized and assist in project coordination.
- Coordinate social media content scheduling and publishing.
- Assist in the creation of graphic design assets.
- Create and edit short-form video content.
- Follow established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
