Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Solid working knowledge of at least one major ESP (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, or similar)
- Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals
- Comfortable reading campaign data and making decisions based on it
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English (must have)
- Experience in iGaming or gambling CRM (plus, not required)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to email marketing strategy planning across client campaigns
- Analyse segment and campaign performance, turning data into actionable recommendations
- Plan and execute campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
- Build and manage audience segments using behavioural and transactional data
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs
- Monitor deliverability metrics and resolve issues proactively
- Build automated flows and triggered campaigns using ESP platform tools
- Learn advanced deliverability techniques directly from a specialist
