Requirements
- 3+ years in lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Strong familiarity with connecting to developer-focused audiences.
- Data-driven approach to segmentation, timing, and measurement.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation.
- Collaborative and cross-functional, especially with Customer Success and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Build customer lifecycle and nurture programs distinct from prospect marketing.
- Design platform expansion campaigns based on onboarding use cases and unused features.
- Partner with Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) on customer health scoring and expansion signal detection.
- Create ROI reports and value summaries as easy, one-click artifacts Account Managers can use in-deal.
- Run multi-team penetration plays within existing enterprise accounts.
- Build win-back and re-engagement campaigns for quiet or at-risk customers.
- Analyze why customers leave and turn insights into retention plays.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Managers on retention initiatives.
