Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong familiarity with connecting to developer-focused audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to segmentation, timing, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional, especially with Customer Success and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer lifecycle and nurture programs distinct from prospect marketing.
  • Design platform expansion campaigns based on onboarding use cases and unused features.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) on customer health scoring and expansion signal detection.
  • Create ROI reports and value summaries as easy, one-click artifacts Account Managers can use in-deal.
  • Run multi-team penetration plays within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Build win-back and re-engagement campaigns for quiet or at-risk customers.
  • Analyze why customers leave and turn insights into retention plays.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Managers on retention initiatives.
