- Lead overall marketing strategy across Shopify DTC, TikTok, Social Media, Email, PR, and Affiliate programs
- Coordinate the marketing team, guide and unblock the existing email and content marketer, plus the Affiliate Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager
- Own TikTok Shop end to end, including listings, SEO, content briefs, conversion optimisation, and weekly performance review
- Build systems and processes from scratch, including content calendars, briefs, reporting dashboards, creator workflows, and campaign planning
- Plan and run integrated cross-channel campaigns for launches, seasonal pushes, and retention initiatives with clear KPIs and post-mortems
- Deliver weekly performance reporting to the founder
- Support the development of the marketing team as we grow
