Requirements:
  • 5 years + proven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within an agency or ecommerce or a creative environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical proficiency with project management tools and software such as Google Workspace, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo,Mailchimp etc.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Proactive problem-solver who works independently
Responsibilities:
  • Track milestones and manage deliverables across projects, keeping everything (and everyone) on schedule.
  • Interface with clients to gather feedback and approvals, making sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test (UAT), and optimize digital experiences across CMS and web platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, and Netlify/Strapi (Headless Commerce). Ensure smooth end-to-end functionality within the customer funnel through hands-on problem solving and technical validation.
  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members to keep meetings and deadlines on track.
  • Work closely with creative teams, media partners, and clients to gather information and keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Prepare for major campaign shifts like seasonal sales and product launches by coordinating with everyone involved.
  • Identify and improve operational processes to make everything run more efficiently.
