Serve as the CEO's right-hand implementor or strategic and operational matters Oversee and implement initiatives to scale effectively Implement timelines, schedules, workflows, and automations Bring calm, structure, and efficiency across all projects and clients Maintain and manage quality control Document and maintain weekly meeting minutes and team EOS implementation Assist with client and special projects as needed Manage operations and technology deliverables, including SOPs and team training Coordinate project logistics and communicate with team and stakeholders Record project progress and ensure milestones are met Organize and maintain company and client project documentation Oversee data protection and security protocols Track and compile client surveys, reports, and assessments Proactively conduct research and analysis with a focus on continuous improvement Act as administrator for Google Drive, Monday.com, and other tools Manage and troubleshoot the company technology stack Recommend and implement improved processes and systems Implement the automation of all company and client deliverables and documentation to include checklists and videos as warranted.
