Technical Automotive Program Manager

3-5 years of experience in technical or project/programme management within a technology-focused organization (semiconductor, automotive, or AI domains preferred). Familiarity with automotive development processes, supply chains, and industry standards. Proven experience managing European research or development programmes with multi-partner consortia. Strong understanding of AI accelerator, system-on-chip, functional safety, and software development lifecycles. Demonstrated ability to represent an organisation professionally in multi-stakeholder environments. Experience coordinating activities without direct line authority (manage by influence). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong focus on execution and delivery with meticulous attention to detail. Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

Manage milestones, deliverables, and reporting for European consortium-funded programs. Coordinate with Hardware and Software Program Managers for integration of deliverables. Liaise with engineering leaders on program-specific tasks. Serve as Axelera's primary representative to consortium partners and external stakeholders. Provide regular written and verbal progress updates. Attend in-person consortium meetings across Europe. Track and report program status, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate engagement with external suppliers and partners. Establish and maintain program documentation and governance. Gather technical inputs and status updates from internal teams.
