Experience in A&R and infrastructure Understanding of sustainable finance concepts Strong writing skills with ability to communicate technical content clearly Strong experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives or frameworks Excellent engagement and relationship management skills Track record of collaborating with a cross section of stakeholder groups Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills Experience of delivering projects independently Ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners Fluent in verbal and written English Existing network in A&R finance Desirable: Advanced degree in any related subject Desirable: Experience in taxonomy or standards development Desirable: Strong public speaking and presentation skills Desirable: Experience working with financial market stakeholders Desirable: Experience working in or with emerging markets Desirable: Knowledge of a second language

Enhance and update the CBRT annually Develop guidance and tools for the taxonomy Establish internal systems for taxonomy maintenance Lead the Resilience Taxonomy Advisory Group (RTAG) Oversee Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) Coordinate consultants, technical partners, and stakeholders Guide Resilience Taxonomy Coordinators Manage anchor partners and workplans Collaborate to incorporate CBRT into national and investment frameworks Engage with financial institutions, investors, government, and multilateral organizations Track new policy trends and leading practices in adaptation and resilience finance Champion fundraising initiatives and assist with grant applications
