Resilience Taxonomy Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Experience in A&R and infrastructure. Decent grasp of sustainable finance concepts. Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate technical content clearly. Strong experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives or frameworks. Excellent engagement and relationship management skills. Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills. Experience of delivering projects independently. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners. Fluent in verbal and written English. Existing network in A&R finance. Desirable: Advanced degree, experience in taxonomy or standards development, strong public speaking and presentation skills, experience with financial market stakeholders, experience in or with emerging markets, knowledge of a second language.

Enhance and update the CBRT annually, crafting guidance and tools. Lead the Resilience Taxonomy Advisory Group (RTAG). Oversee Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) including coordinating consultants and partners. Collaborate to incorporate CBRT into national frameworks, investment frameworks, market tracking, and financial regulations. Cultivate partnerships with financial institutions, investors, government entities, and multilateral organizations. Track policy trends and leading practices in adaptation and resilience finance. Assist with fundraising initiatives and grant applications.
