Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing or consumer-facing advertising roles.
  • A background in consumer goods (FMCG, beverage, lifestyle, or food & drink).
  • Strong experience working on celebrity or talent-led campaigns.
  • Proven ability to bring campaigns from idea to execution.
  • Agency management experience across creative, production, or media.
  • Ability to lead projects independently.
  • Native French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for popular culture, trends, entertainment, creators, and cultural moments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of DASH’s French summer activation.
  • Develop integrated brand campaigns across France.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage celebrity endorsement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with French agencies, creators, and partners.
  • Shape the creative direction of French campaigns.
  • Localise UK/Global creative assets or lead bespoke French creative.
  • Deeply understand the French cultural landscape.
  • Adapt global brand strategy to fit local insights.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support retailer marketing.
  • Partner with creative, social and growth teams for alignment.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and performance tracking.
