- Manage the employee and associate journey from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee compliance tasks including DBS checks, clinical registrations, and employment references.
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies, systems, and L&D processes.
- Own and maintain People and L&D knowledge center pages to support self-service access.
- Lead projects and act as a subject matter expert on governance, benefits administration, and people data metrics.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Finance teams.
