8-10 years of experience in talent management, L&D or HR development Experience in tech scale-ups Ability to manage 3-5 strategic projects simultaneously Strong leadership skills with direct management experience Business orientation and ability to collaborate with C-level and various departments Experience with scale-up challenges and hyper-growth Understanding of French and European HR regulatory requirements Fluent in English & French
