8-10 years of experience in talent management, L&D or HR development, ideally in tech scale-ups. Proven ability to manage 3-5 strategic projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with direct management experience. Strong business orientation and ability to collaborate with C-level and various departments. Proven experience with scale-up challenges (x2-x3 growth) and hyper-growth. Understanding of French and European HR regulatory requirements. Fluent in English & French.
