Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce technology, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated track record of building sales enablement that changes seller behavior.
- Experience owning product launch go-to-market from positioning through results.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills with the ability to turn features into value and proof points.
- Market research skills with the ability to synthesize data into insight and counter-positioning.
- History of close partnership with sales and demand generation teams.
- Data-oriented approach that ties marketing work to pipeline and revenue.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong for research and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market plans for assigned product areas, defining positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
- Build sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, and objection handling guides.
- Partner with Demand Generation to fuel pipeline through campaign messaging, landing pages, and content.
- Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that turns product features into value propositions.
- Build competitive intelligence and counter-positioning to shape sales strategy and win deals.
- Map persona-led messaging to each stage of the new-customer buyer journey.
- Use voice of customer, win-loss data, Salesforce, and Gong to inform marketing and product strategy.
- Define success criteria and report on the impact of work on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
