Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or commercial preferred).
- Proven record of consistent quota attainment.
- Experience selling into Hong Kong or APAC markets, specifically in SaaS, HR Tech, or consulting.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Willingness to travel (~20%) across APAC.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value accounts across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
- Build pipeline through outbound campaigns, executive networks, partner channels, and market events.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact.
- Bring client and market intelligence back to the team to sharpen APAC strategy.
