Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or commercial preferred).
  • Proven record of consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into Hong Kong or APAC markets, specifically in SaaS, HR Tech, or consulting.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Willingness to travel (~20%) across APAC.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-value accounts across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build pipeline through outbound campaigns, executive networks, partner channels, and market events.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact.
  • Bring client and market intelligence back to the team to sharpen APAC strategy.
