Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating patient care in a healthcare setting (primary care, internal medicine, or concierge medicine preferred).
- Experience supporting executives, physicians, or advanced practice providers in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating specialty referrals, laboratory testing, and prior authorizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, EMR systems, and CRM platforms.
- Comfort learning new technologies and navigating multiple systems.
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment.
- Familiarity with telemedicine or virtual care delivery models.
- Genuine enthusiasm for preventive medicine, longevity, and Dr. Peter Attia's Medicine 3.0 principles.
- Strong written communication and digital collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Create a concierge-level support environment that is responsive and proactive.
- Orchestrate complex scheduling and logistics for appointments, lab draws, and provider workflows.
- Anticipate and eliminate friction points to ensure smooth patient care journeys.
- Maintain impeccable patient records, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Build and nurture relationships with external consultants, laboratories, and referral partners.
- Ensure flawless follow-through on all clinical directives, referrals, and lab testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process innovation.
