Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in real estate coordination, dispositions, or administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Marketplace and Groups listing management.
  • Proficiency with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as ClickUp or Trello.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
  • Must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via Facebook, email, phone, and CRM.
  • Manage and rotate active property listings on Facebook Marketplace, Land.com, and LandWatch.
  • Enter, track, and qualify leads within Follow Up Boss.
  • Analyze listing performance data and identify pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate property showings and support the internal sales team with transaction tracking.
