Requirements
- 2+ years experience in real estate coordination, dispositions, or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Marketplace and Groups listing management.
- Proficiency with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as ClickUp or Trello.
- Ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
- Must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via Facebook, email, phone, and CRM.
- Manage and rotate active property listings on Facebook Marketplace, Land.com, and LandWatch.
- Enter, track, and qualify leads within Follow Up Boss.
- Analyze listing performance data and identify pipeline bottlenecks.
- Coordinate property showings and support the internal sales team with transaction tracking.
