Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources administrative or coordinator experience.
- Proven experience supporting multiple HR functions including onboarding and administration.
- Proficiency with an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel (formulas, reporting, data management).
- Experience using Canva for professional presentations and communications.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or PDF editing software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SharePoint, survey platforms (Forms/SurveyMonkey), and document management (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including pre-employment activities, orientation, and training schedules.
- Manage employee offboarding procedures, including exit documentation, equipment coordination, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files within ADP Workforce Now.
- Process employment status changes, organizational updates, and generate routine HR reports and metrics.
- Monitor the People Resources shared inbox to assist employees and managers with inquiries.
- Create engaging HR communications, newsletters, and training materials using Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state employment requirements, including I-9 documentation.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, training sessions, and events while supporting process improvement projects.
