Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support.
- Proven experience with data entry.
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
- Self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
- Residency in Wisconsin or a neighboring state preferred.
- Prior experience working in long-term care programs preferred (Family Care, PACE, etc.).
- Typing speed of 50-55 words per minute preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, compile, and verify information for documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide data entry of provider contacts and documentation into business systems.
- Coordinate activities related to annual Adult Family Home (AFH) certifications.
- Code and sort documents for processing or filing.
- Perform standard calculations to compile and report statistics.
- Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including answering telephones, filing, and operating office equipment.
