Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in accounting, billing, account management, or promotional marketing.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and work under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing workloads.
- Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor billing, including vouching verification and payment issuance.
- Review and resolve vendor bill discrepancies with the order production team.
- Verify credit card deposits and report ready-for-billing queue status.
- Generate and distribute client order invoices according to a 5-day service standard.
- Maintain project files with updated invoices and notes.
- Audit and ensure accurate sales commissions.
- Escalate exceptions to management and recommend resolutions for order issues.
