Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in accounting, billing, account management, or promotional marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and work under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing workloads.
  • Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor billing, including vouching verification and payment issuance.
  • Review and resolve vendor bill discrepancies with the order production team.
  • Verify credit card deposits and report ready-for-billing queue status.
  • Generate and distribute client order invoices according to a 5-day service standard.
  • Maintain project files with updated invoices and notes.
  • Audit and ensure accurate sales commissions.
  • Escalate exceptions to management and recommend resolutions for order issues.
